It took me longer than the 4 weeks because it has so much content, and I've been super busy with my new life. To give you some background: basically, I've spent my whole life as a scared little nerd. However, discovering your channel and following your advice has completely turned my life around. I am 23, I just graduated college with an engineering degree and have started a new life in Anchorage Alaska (of all places), working in the oil industry. Your fear program has helped me tremendously in my transition. The fear program really opened my eyes just to how afraid I really am. I knew I had problems, but your program really made me realize that I am much more afraid then I had ever known. I've come to understand that my whole life has been governed by fear. I have found the ideas, tools, and exercises in the program to be extremely valuable and I will probably review and practice them for the rest of my life. I especially like the idea of the gremlin, the self affirmations, and the meditations which involve identifying and transmuting fear into something positive. When I began the program, my progress was slow, but I was feeling better and better with each day. I actually listened to the final lesson a month ago but it took a bit for it to sink in. About three weeks ago, it all suddenly hit me like a ton of bricks. I have never felt soooo good. I feel high almost all the time now. My whole attitude and perspective on life has changed. I feel so motivated to live the fullest life I can live and not hold back on anything. I have realized that the only thing holding me back in life is my own mind and my FEAR! I feel happier and more powerful than I have ever felt before. However, I still have a long way to go. I am still experiencing a lot of irrational fear, and my dating life still sucks. It's getting better though. When I'm out and about in public, for the first time ever, I'm making girls blush and noticing some serious choosing from women. On top of that, for the past few weekends, I have gone to the clubs (by myself) and have gotten some FINE women to grind up, and hang out with me. And don't forget, I'm in Alaska, women up here are TOUGH! My skills just aren't developed enough yet to get them to come home with me yet. I still get nervous and intimidated by women. But it's only a matter of time... Aside from women, facing my fears has allowed me to be very successful in my new workplace. I'm a new graduate and have only been with the company for three months and people are already recognizing my skills. For example, a couple of company Directors called me in for a weeklong meeting as a subject matter expert. (Yup, that made my head grow a few sizes) My only critique of the fear program is that it is unorganized. But I know that it is new, and you are still working out the bugs. I really enjoyed the program and it has already been life changing. I will soon be starting your Confidence Kicker course. I'm really excited to see where life will take me.
