Well the stupidity continues with that harassment vid READ: I live in New York and experience this same kind of harassment all the time when I go out alone. Once, a guy even followed me off the subway and into a bar ... and only left me alone when a male friend showed up. But if you think that's bad, this level of harassment has even crept into my home, my safe place. When I moved into my new apartment, I did what everyone does: called an electrician, a locksmith, a cable guy, etc. All four men that came to my apartment — *all four* — harassed me about why I was living alone and asked if they could take me out, with one telling me that "whether I liked it or not," he was going to get to know me. Another inappropriately touched my waist as he walked past me. ---------------------------------------------------------- Now in defense of us black males if they had put a skinny white chick out there it would not of went down like that or as bad.
